Each graha carries classical body-system associations.
Classical texts pair each planet with body systems. These pairings power every health reading in this course, because whichever planet's period you are running, its systems are the ones asking for attention.
Sun (Surya): heart, eyes, bones, core vitality. Sun periods reward sunlight, posture and cardio; an afflicted Sun asks you not to skip the basics.
Moon (Chandra): mind, fluids, stomach lining, sleep, hormonal rhythm. Moon periods are hydration-and-sleep periods.
Mars (Mangal): blood, muscles, heat, injuries and inflammation. Mars periods bring energy surpluses that want exercise, and accident-proneness that wants attention while driving and training.
Mercury (Budha): nerves, skin, speech, coordination. Mercury periods reward screen limits and breathwork.
Jupiter (Guru): liver, fat metabolism, growth and repair. Jupiter periods are expansive - watch the waistline, feed the optimism.
Venus (Shukra): kidneys, reproductive system, sugar balance, general juice of life. Venus periods reward moderation in pleasures precisely because they make them so available.
Saturn (Shani): joints, teeth, chronic slow wear, everything long-cycle. Saturn periods are maintenance periods: stretching, strength work, patience.
Rahu: reactive, overstimulated states, unusual or hard-to-pin complaints. Simplify diet and environment.
Ketu: depleted, detached states, immunity dips. Protect rest and pacing.
Use the map as a nudge list, never as a diagnostic tool. "Venus period, drink water and get the routine bloodwork you postponed" is exactly the level of claim this system supports. Anything that sounds like a diagnosis belongs to a clinic, not a chart.
