AstroPal does not provide:

3. Astrology & Technology Disclaimer (Critical Clause)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Different users may receive different outputs for similar inputs
• No prediction, insight, score, or interpretation is guaranteed

AstroPal makes no representations about accuracy, outcomes, or real-world results.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any decisions or actions taken based on the Service
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Your use of AstroPal is entirely at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroPal shall not be liable for:

If liability is found, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you to AstroPal in the last 12 months, or £0 if the Service was provided free of charge.

• Your reliance on generated content
• Your violation of these Terms

10. Availability & Modifications

AstroPal may:

We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity of any feature.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if:

• These Terms are violated
• Use poses legal or safety risk
• Required for compliance reasons

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bathinda, Punjab, India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroPal and supersede all prior communications.
